Moderation needs a real property, audience and acquisition method. Provide a working URL, primary GEOs, languages, examples of content or placements and the actual traffic source. Do not hide paid Telegram placements under a broad SEO description. Present volume as a forecast rather than a promise. Any later source should be submitted for separate approval before it sends users.

What makes an application verifiable

A useful application lets a reviewer understand where a user will come from before launch: provide the property URL, GEOs, acquisition method and real placement examples. Planned volume can be labelled as a forecast, but it should not be presented as confirmed traffic. If a new channel such as PPC or Telegram is added later, request separate approval and retain the written response.
